Inspiration for this painting came from the colours and patterns that I see out my window in a bright summer day. The lines from the farming fields and walkways, the borders between different plots of land, the roads, etc. The colours in the painting symbolise a certain level of optimism that one gets from a bright blue sky. I hope the viewer will be able to relate to them and draw their own interpretation.
