The inspiration behind this painting are the lights at night around London’s Piccadilly Circus and in particular the hustle and bustle of Trocadero.
I lived in the area for several years and I was always fascinated by the cocoon the area finds itself in. Always open, 365 days in a year, lights always on, day and night.
