Description
This painting represents Stanford Hill, my interpretation of the various wings, buildings and streets within the complex, seen in the distance from Sheppey University College. The colours can come across as aggressive, but that is the nature of the building itself and the effect, whether psychological or physical, it has on the residents. I wanted to convey the fact that a person can find every element of life far too intense, difficult to cope with and the feelings of anger and frustration can become over-exaggerated when in isolation.
